Can ketamine and psilocybin assisted therapies help ‘complex’ couples where one or both partners identify as neurodistinct?

Join Michaela Carlin for a fascinating conversation with Dr. Corvelli as they explore a groundbreaking type of psychedelic assisted therapy for couples seeking support in transforming relationship dynamics when diagnoses such as autism and ADHD are present.

Dr. Corvelli shares in depth about her ND Compass approach, which offers an innovative framework to meet the unique challenges of neurodistinct couples in safely navigating diverse communication styles and perceptual lenses that keep triggering and retriggering them.

Michaela and Dr. Corvellil explore concepts such as ‘differentiation’, ‘niche construction’, and ‘autonomic reset’ as key for both repairing and enhancing relationships as part of Dr. Corvelli’s forward-looking perspective on psychedelic therapy's potential to reshape relational healing.

Dr. Jill Corvelli is founder of the ND Partners Institute, which is dedicated to supporting complex couples, many of which are neurodiverse. She developed the ND Compass, which is an approach that helps complex couples navigate the differences that keep triggering and tripping them up.

Within the last year, Dr Corvelli added work in non-ordinary states of consciousness as a tool in support of Differentiation and Autonomic Reset. The ND Partners Institute also offers groups, there is an upcoming group starting in May 2024 for women in Complex-Couple Relationships and a Complex-Couples group in September 2024. In addition to serving clients within the ND Partners Institute, she provides adjunct services for clients already engaged in therapeutic work. She is also a certified facilitator in Oregon, and you can find her offerings within that work at 2 CATHARSIS.
